1. Summary
FLOOR 13 is designed so that normal campaign progress, settings, and behavior used by the in-game Mimic can remain on your device. The current release does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect your real-world identity, precise location, contacts, camera content, microphone recordings, or advertising identifier.
This policy describes what the game stores locally, what is processed temporarily while you play, and what may be processed when you visit this website or obtain the game through an app store.
2. Data used by the game
Local player identifier and display name
The game may generate an anonymous player identifier and display name for local game systems. These are stored on your device using local application storage such as PlayerPrefs. They are not intended to identify you as a real person.
Campaign, settings, and progression
Your campaign progress, settings, unlocked progress, and related gameplay state are stored locally on your device using application files and local preferences. This allows features such as Continue and persistent settings to work.
Mimic and gameplay behavior
During play, FLOOR 13 may process movement vectors, interaction timing, and similar gameplay signals in memory so that the Mimic and prediction systems can respond to how you play. In the current default release, this behavior is used locally and is not uploaded to an external analytics service.
Analytics
The current default service configuration includes a bounded local/in-memory event queue for game diagnostics and systems behavior. Our release audit did not identify a production external analytics upload path in the default service registry.
Advertising and tracking
The current release does not include a verified advertising SDK or intentional advertising-ID tracking path. We do not use FLOOR 13 to serve behavioral ads.
Online packages and future features
The project contains software packages that can support authentication, lobby, relay, networking, or purchases. Those capabilities are not enabled by the default local single-player service composition in v0.19.0. If a future public release enables online accounts, multiplayer, cloud services, purchases, analytics, or advertising, we will update this policy before or when those features become available.
3. This website
This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, marketing pixels, or application-level cookies. It is a static information site.
The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URL to deliver content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate their infrastructure. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
4. App stores and platform providers
If you download FLOOR 13 from Google Play or the Apple App Store, Google, Apple, your operating system provider, and related distribution infrastructure may process information under their own privacy policies. FLOOR 13 does not control those independent platform practices.
The game is built with third-party development technology, including Unity. The presence of a development package in the project does not mean a corresponding online service is active in this release.
5. Retention and deletion
Local campaign and settings data remain on your device until the game removes them, you reset or clear application data, or you uninstall the game, subject to device or platform backup behavior outside our control.
Temporary in-memory gameplay behavior used by local systems does not represent a server-side account record and is cleared when the relevant runtime state ends.
Because v0.19.0 does not operate a production player-account backend, there is no server-side FLOOR 13 account profile to delete. To remove local FLOOR 13 data, use your device's application storage controls or uninstall the game.
6. Children
FLOOR 13 is a psychological horror game and is not designed or marketed as a children's product. We do not knowingly operate a service in this release that asks children to submit personal information directly to us.
7. Your choices
- You can play the current release without creating a FLOOR 13 account.
- You can remove local saved data using device application controls or by uninstalling the game.
- You can use platform-level privacy and permission controls provided by Android, iOS, Google Play, and the App Store.
8. Security
We design the current game around local storage and a minimal network surface. No security method can guarantee absolute protection. Keep your operating system and store-delivered version of the game up to date.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when FLOOR 13 changes, when store requirements change, or when new data practices are introduced. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
10. Contact
For privacy or support questions, use the developer contact shown on FLOOR 13's official Google Play or App Store listing, or visit the Support page. We intentionally do not run a web contact form that collects additional personal information on this site.
